GrowthWorks is a DVD-based ten-week small group study designed to help any believer move into long-term spiritual growth. The course takes many principles and truths commonly understood and some which are not commonly understood, and fits them together into an overall understanding of how spiritual growth takes place in the Christian life. The course is visual, energetic, enjoyable, and life-changing. Every church that has used GrowthWorks has been deeply impacted.

Each week's GrowthWorks meeting is divided into 3 sections: a main teaching time on one of the great principles of spiritual growth, a short instruction time on one of the spiritual disciplines that leads to growth, and a creative activity which helps the small group put that spiritual discipline into practice.

There is no other course like GrowthWorks available to churches today and you will be blessed if you use it. Some churches are looking to impact the entire church by running GrowthWorks in all their small groups at the same time (similar to 40 Days of Purpose), in conjunction with a preaching series on the fruit of the Spirit on Sundays.
